We have now returned to Renfrew!

Wow! What a fabulous time we had in Lockerbie.

We are all back safe and sound and still in one piece. We hope the washing machines are empty and ready for all of our muddy clothes!

Our final night was great fun! We completed our entertainment piece and entertained the judges- they were blown away by our acts!

After some archery and fencing we had lunch and left for home! With full tummies and lots of fantastic memories, we relaxed and enjoyed our journey home!

It was great to be reunited with our families! We missed you all lots but had the time of our lives!

Over and out for 2014,

P.S. Look for the super hero we met while we were away!!!

The adventure continues...

After another good sleep we were feeling refreshed and ready to go!

Scott-Ross, Jade, Zander and Bryan joined the teachers and Jennifer on our early morning run! Well done everyone!

Breakfast was delicious again and set us up for the day ahead!

Activities this morning included: low ropes, climbing, more crate stacking, high ropes and obstacle course! We all had an amazing time and each one of us pushed ourselves to our limits!

Lunch was another tasty treat where we had chicken pasta, steak bakes, mozzarella sticks and waffles- what a great choice!

More exciting activities followed lunch and some groups did archery and zip wire!

After our sunny day we went for yet another delicious meal!

We then had a group photo shoot in the glorious sunshine!

Sadly it was then time to pack our bags ready for home. We managed to fit everything in!

Our final activities kept us busy and one group completed high ropes another on zip wire and the last group enjoyed rifle shooting!

We are now back in the manor tidying the last of our bits and bobs and preparing for our final night of inspections and entertainment!

We will all definitely sleep tonight!

We will post again tomorrow before heading home!

Our amazing adventure- Lockerbie 2014

After a pleasant journey we arrived at the wonderful Lockerbie Manor.

On arrival we were shown to our rooms and given a tour of the building-we were all very excited!

We started our activities straight away- taking part in the blind trail which was VERY MUDDY but VERY FUN!

Dinner was served at 5pm! There was a lovely choice of food including bolognaise  pasta and scampi, not to mention the scrumptious doughnuts!

After dinner we had another activity in our groups! Rifle shooting was fun and noisy!

Following this we returned to our bedrooms and prepared for our inspections and entertainment to gain some bonus points. The adults were very impressed by some of the high standards we set!

We all had a peaceful nights sleep and were invited for a run at 7am with the teachers! Only 1 of us accepted their offer- Jennifer McInally! Well done to her!

There was a huge selection of cereals and cooked foods at breakfast- everyone found something to eat!

Today was a day for canoeing with each group spending time on the loch. Some people jumped into the water from the edge of the boat- brrrrrrr it was chilly! Others were tipped in! We all survived!

Lunch was another success including hot dogs, wedges and lots of other tasty treats!

Mountain biking, abseiling and high/ low ropes were all on the afternoon agenda!

We were all ready for dinner by 5pm! Again, we were served lots of yummy food- chicken curry, cottage pie and bubble and squeak!

More activities followed dinner with one group doing climbing another on rifle shooting and the last doing crate building!

Tired on return, we have taken time to complete the blog and get showered and ready for bed! We are all going to tidy our rooms and prepare this evening's performances for the 'inspectors'.

Can't wait to find out what tomorrow has in store! We will keep you updated!

Over and out for tonight,
