Thursday in Lockerbie
After another settled night we were refreshed and ready to complete our activities!
Breakfast was a delicious choice of cooked foods or cereal!
This morning some groups took part in the high ropes activity which helped a lot of us face fears that we didn't think we would be able to overcome! Other groups did archery and camp crafts as well as survival skills where we all learned a lot about surviving in the wild! We even got to see how you would light a fire in order to get heat in the wild!
Lunch was a delicious choice of hamburger, chicken kebab or bubble and squeak! This filled us up until dinner!
More activities followed and were great fun!
Following this we completed our daily diaries and had yet more food! We could choose from cottage pie, chicken Kiev and penne arrabiata- we have been VERY well looked after!
Our evening activities were lots of fun with 2 groups completing the blind trail where one partner was blind folded and the other had to lead them around an assault course! This was VERY muddy!
The other 2 groups carried out initiative exercises and enjoyed them too!
Our nightly hot chocolate and entertainment session followed this!
We are now all tucking up in bed and looking forward to a morning of activities before returning to sunny(or at least dry?!) Renfrew!
We have missed our parents lots and can't wait to....
Hand over all of our lovely, mucky clothes ! Oh and of course see our families and friends!
Until tomorrow, over and out!
